The Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) brand image plays a pivotal role in connecting its member organizations—a range of lenders, loan investors, private equity firms, and rating agencies. Its presence lies in its appearances across all forms of media. From email newsletters, to full scale conferences, CREFC’s brand and sub-brands are all-encompassing of the company's identity. At Union Design, I had the opportunity to build upon CREFC’s brand; further cementing it as a symbol of liquidity, transparency, and efficiency within the world of commercial real estate.

Bringing the conference to life

The Miami conference is CREFC’s premier event of the year, featuring 13+ hours of networking opportunities among 2100+ commercial real estate professionals. In 2023, one of the featured speakers even included skateboarding legend, Tony Hawk. Hosted at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, the conference features a number of different digital and printed applications of the conference’s unique brand.
